NUYU was founded because there was a clear need for healthier fast food options in Yakima, Washington. With our already fast paced lives, it can be easy to settle for unhealthy food options that don’t provide the nutrients necessary for a productive and fulfilling week. So, we created a solution. Through countless hours of experimenting, planning, and dedication to the cause, NUYU Juice Bar was born.
